Step 1
Clarity Session
This is the foundation of your wellness journey. In this 60-minute session, we’ll explore your symptoms, routines, obstacles, and goals in depth, using your completed intake forms and lab work to look at the full picture. You’ll feel seen, understood, and supported, and I’ll gather everything I need to build your personalized plan.

Step 2
Strategy Session
Here’s where your custom plan comes to life. I’ll walk you through every piece of your personalized roadmap. Explaining the “why” behind each recommendation and tweaking anything that needs to be adjusted based on your life, energy, and capacity. You’ll leave feeling empowered with a clear path forward.

Step 3
Empower Sessions
Sustainable transformation takes ongoing care and support. These sessions are here to keep you aligned, accountable, and compassionate with yourself as you implement your plan. Book as often as you need, most clients book 1–2x per month, some every other month, some 1x per quarter, the rhythm is yours to set.
🔒 Steps 1 & 2 are not required to book this session, but they are highly encouraged for the most personalized and effective support.
