Jessica's passion for helping others stems from her own personal struggles and triumphs. Overcoming a turbulent childhood, health problems, and a life-altering event in 2018, she embarked on a quest for self-discovery and knowledge. Through exploring modalities like strength training, nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness, she experienced personal healing and empowerment.

Recognizing the transformative potential of these practices, Jessica pursued formal trainings in wellness and launched her career as a coach and advocate. She now shares her expertise through one-on-one coaching sessions, published resources, and collaborating with professionals to create comprehensive programs. Jessica's dedication has made her a beacon of hope, guiding countless individuals towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
