I’m Jessica Waugh, a Certified Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner, Certified Menopause Specialist, and Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. With over half a decade of experience, I specialize in helping women navigate perimenopause by uncovering the hidden habits that disrupt their hormones and empowering them to reclaim their health, vitality, and confidence.

My Journey: From Personal Experience to Professional Expertise
​
My own menopause journey began unexpectedly early at 32. Despite experiencing subtle shifts in my body, I often felt dismissed by medical professionals. At 34, when symptoms like vaginal dryness and a decreased libido became overwhelming, I was told, "That's normal because you've been with your partner for so long."
​
At the same time, many of my clients were experiencing similar struggles: fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, and a sense that something was off. This was a wake-up call that pushed me to dive deep into understanding the complex relationship between hormones, stress, trauma, metabolism, and lifestyle. I earned advanced certifications in health, wellness, menopause, brain health, and more, all while realizing I was in perimenopause. Something I would have understood sooner had the women in my life discussed their experiences.
