Jessica's passion for helping others stems from her own personal struggles and triumphs. Overcoming a turbulent childhood, health problems, and a life-altering event in 2018, she embarked on a quest for self-discovery and knowledge. Through exploring modalities like strength training, nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness, she experienced personal healing and empowerment.
